Cooking with James Beard Semi-Finalist Frank Bonanno

This week I had the chance to cook with Frank Bonanno, one of Colorado's mostly well-known and well-respected chefs.

It's not every day that the who's who of restauranteurs in Denver asks you to make a guest appearance on their weekly cooking show. We talked shit behind the scenes, made fun of ourselves and had a good time making home-friendly ramen in the kitchen at Bones in Denver. We chatted asian spices, business and pulled apart a roasted chicken, what more could you ask for on a sunny Tuesday in Denver.

Life is fun and we're happy to be Denver's best spice company and get a chance to do fun shit like this instead of work, God knows cooking beats working for a change.
