This chili does NOT find focus in heat but rather it's sugar content, lending itself to a raisin-like consistency and flavor.
**PRO TIP** This is our go-to secret weapon when making pork carnitas. While braising the pork toss a few of these in (take the stem off first). When your pork is done cooking pull these out and put them in the blender with some of the leftover water from your pork pot. Blend and pour over the pork for an amazing sauce.
