DIRECTIONS:
Pour entire contents of bag into your brine bucket.
Fill the bottom of the bucket with a few inches of water and pour the entire contents of the bag into the water and mix until the Bird Brine is dissolved.
Toss the bird into the bucket and fill the bucket with water until the bird is fully submerged.
Allow bird to brine for 12-24 hours in the fridge.
