Lemon, mint, and smokiness are the prominent flavors of our ground cardamom spice.
Cardamom is mostly used in Indian food. Some Middle Eastern desserts call for this pod-based spice. Cardamom is of the ginger family so expect a strong pungency while cooking with this one.
