2 tablespoons yellow mustard or olive oil (for binding)
½ cup BBQ sauce (optional, for finishing)
Directions
Prep the ribs: Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs for best texture. Pat ribs dry with paper towels.
Season: Rub each rack lightly with mustard or olive oil. Coat generously with Frisco Rib Rub, pressing it into the meat. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for 1–12 hours.
Bake low & slow: Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C). Wrap each rack tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 2.5 hours until tender.
Finish (Optional): Carefully unwrap ribs and discard juices. Brush with BBQ sauce if desired. Broil on high for 5–6 minutes or grill for a few minutes to caramelize the top.
Serve: Slice between the bones and serve with your favorite sides.
