Ingredients
12 oz penne pasta
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced bell peppers
1 cup diced zucchini
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Add the cooked pasta to the vegetable mixture and stir until well combined.
Transfer the pasta and vegetable mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
