6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

2 tbsp Midnight Toker blend

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for extra depth)

1 tbsp brown sugar (balances the smoke)

Salt & pepper (light—blend already has seasoning)

Juice of ½ lemon
Directions
Prep the chicken-
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels (this helps crisp the skin).In a bowl, mix: Midnight Toker, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, brown sugar, lemon juice. Rub the mixture all over the chicken, under and over the skin
Marinate (optional but recommended)-
Let sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge).Cook -
-Grill method: Medium heat (~375°F), cook 6–7 minutes per side until internal temp hits 165°F
-Oven method: Bake at 400°F for 35–40 minutes, then broil 2–3 minutes to crisp skinRest & serve
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
