2 tsp French Toast Seasoning

2 cups mini marshmallows
Directions
Cook the Sweet Potatoes: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil the sweet potato cubes in a large pot of water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash them until smooth.
Mix the Casserole Base: In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes with melted butter, brown sugar, milk, eggs, French Toast Seasoning, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and combined.
Assemble the Casserole: Pour the sweet potato mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
