Meat the perfect marinade for your beef. This spice blend will make you feel like you're on the streets of Sayulita, Mexico eating street tacos. This takes the real work out of it, the deed is done once you add the oil and the meat to a freezer bag and refrigerate.

Add two tablespoons to a quarter cup of oil or water and marinate protein for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
