Ingredients
2 Cup Pancake mix
2 eggs
1 OZ Water
¼ cup Melted Butter
2 tablespoons of French Toast blend
(Optional) Top with a ¼ cup of fresh strawberries
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, egg, french toast blend, and melted butter. Stir until just combined. It's okay if there are some lumps in the batter; overmixing can make the pancakes tough.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. You can test if the pan is hot enough by sprinkling a few drops of water on it; they should sizzle and evaporate quickly.
Lightly grease the skillet or griddle with a small amount of vegetable oil or melted butter.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges start to look set, about 2-3 minutes.
Carefully flip the pancakes using a spatula, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown on the bottom.
Remove the pancakes from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed between batches.
Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
