2 tbsp olive oil

1 medium onion, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

2 jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)

2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels

2 tbsp "Oh Hush Chili Blend" (for a bold, chili-forward base)

2 tbsp The Spice Guy Granulated Garlic

1/2 tsp The Spice Guy Cayenne (adjust to taste for heat)

1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes

1 can (14 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

2 cups vegetable or chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream (optional, for creaminess)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lime
Directions
Sauté the Veggies
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and jalapeños. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.Add Corn and Seasonings
Stir in the corn, "Oh Hush Chili Blend," and The Spice Guy Cayenne. Cook for 2 minutes to toast the spices and deepen their flavors.Combine Liquids
Add the diced tomatoes, black beans, and broth. Stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.Simmer
Let the chili simmer for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, to let the flavors meld beautifully.Optional Creaminess
For a creamy chili, stir in heavy cream during the last 5 minutes of cooking.Finish and Serve
