This one is for all of our cocktologist friends. Or is it mixologist? It's hard to remember. Let's go with bartender. This is traditionally used as a garnish for cocktails. The 6" length proves once and for all that size does matter, at least when talking about sticking a long stick in a pretty drink.

Did you know that cinnamon is actually the inner bark of a tree? It is peeled back when it is still a little bit wet, laid out to dry and then rolled during the process.
