Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Beef Serloin

3/4 lb. Ground beef chuck

6 slices cheese of your choice

3/4 cup of jarred or canned hatch green chiles

6 hamburger buns toasted

1 Tbls Green Chile Bacon Spice
Directions
Heat grill on med-high heat
Combine Sirloin & chuck ground beef and form into 6 patties. Sprinkle both sides with Green Chile Bacon Spice
Grill burgers to the temp you would like and top each with a slice of cheese. Cover and cook 3 more mins or until melted. Top each burger with 2 tablespoons green chiles. Serve on buns and enjoy!
