Ingredients
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1½ tbsp Midnight Toker Blend
½ cup diced onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
½ cup water
Corn or flour tortillas, for serving
Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, avocado, cotija, pickled onions, hot sauce
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until soft (about 3–4 min).
Add ground meat and cook until browned.
Stir in tomato paste, Midnight Toker Blend, and water. Simmer until thickened and coated, 5–7 minutes.
Load into tortillas and top with your favorite taco gear.
