Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp Thunderstruck Blend
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
-
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
8 oz linguine or spaghetti
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Grated Parmesan, for serving
Directions
Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Sauté Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp, Thunderstruck Blend, and fresh garlic. Sauté until shrimp are pink and cooked through, 3–4 minutes.
Combine: Add cooked pasta to the skillet with a splash of pasta water and lemon juice. Toss to coat. Cook for 1–2 minutes to let everything come together.
Finish: Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan. Serve hot and enjoy the peppery, garlicky thunder.
