Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tbsp olive oil

1 ½ tbsp Truffle Parmesan Blend

2 tbsp grated parmesan

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedge (optional, for a bright finish)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and Truffle Parmesan Blend until well coated.
Spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp on the edges.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan and parsley just before serving.
Optional: Squeeze a little lemon juice over the top to brighten it all up.
